Drafting Services

To deliver drawings that can go straight from the drafting table to the shop floor without a single second of babysitting, our CAD workflow is built entirely around manufacturing realities. We don't just draw lines; we build the virtual version of your project piece by piece.

Decoding Architectural Intent & Engineering

Before a single CAD line is drawn, we analyze your architectural packages and submittal requirements. We establish the structural foundation of the millwork:

Material Mapping: Determining core materials (e.g., plywood, MDF, particleboard) and surface finishes (veneers, laminates).

Joinery & Construction Methods: Mapping out exactly how the boxes will be built—whether using dowel construction, blind dados, confetti screws, or cam-and-pin fastners based on your shop's machinery.

Hardware Integration: Pre-engineering clearances for specific slides, hinges, kinetic hardware, or architectural metal integration so there are no surprises on site.

Micro-Detailed Drafting

We draft with absolute realism. Our shop drawings include dimensions and details that standard drafting services overlook:

Exact material and edgebanding thicknesses are factored in (meaning a 3/4" panel with a 1mm band is drafted to its exact finished and raw dimension).

Reveals, scribe allowances, and expansion gaps are clearly defined.

Section details show every fastener, backer, blocking requirement, and wall-anchoring method.

The Digital DNA (Item Number ID System)

The defining feature of a true production-ready drawing is its tracking logic. To ensure your shop floor, CNC operators, and assembly crews have zero confusion, we implement a strict Alphanumeric Item and Part ID system right inside the CAD environment.

Quality Control & Production Release

Before the drawing package is stamped "Released for Production," it undergoes a rigorous internal checklist.
